AWS Tucson’ 4th Annual Blind Tasting to Support the Blind, April 22,
2007
Andrea and Harland Goertz were our hosts for the Blind
Tasting this year. The Goertz and Bari
Boyd provided the wines for the tasting so all the donations went directly to
the Catalina / Oro Valley Lions Club. The Andrea prepared & the club
provided the hors de hourvres We were able to raise over $200 for the charity
at this event. Everyone had a challenge
in trying to figure out what the “blinded” (in a paper bag) wines were. This is a fun event and we get to help out a
local charity. Thanks to all who
participated!
