Vino 100 sponsors a special day for AWS Tucson (click on a photo for full size)

Bari and Dave Boyd, opened their store for a special tasting of summer wines just for our group on June 10^th, 2007. Bari selected five whites and one light red for us to try. We had fun meandering around the store and viewing the wines during the event. This wine tasting was very interesting. We found some very light & crisp wines that are excellent for our upcoming (I think it’s here already) hot summer in Tucson.

The wines included: Obvi-Menodoza, Argentina 2005, Torrontes; Sciarra Trebbiano (Italy); Thomas Halby Pinot Grigio (Germany); Abarino Pazo Viladomar (Spain); Clos Le Vigneau Vouvray (France) and Cote DU PY Beaujolais Cru (France). The wines were excellent. The company was excellent.
