AWS National Taste Project: Reisling.
September 6, 2008
Kirk Hively and Sandy Raleigh hosted the event this month. We had fourteen tasters judging the wines. We asked the attendees to bring a dish to share that goes well with Reisling – it appears that cantaloupe wrapped in prosciutto goes very well (we had 3 cantaloupe entrees) and lots of sweet desserts! It was fun and everyone enjoyed sampling the foods and pairing them with the wines tasted.
